Diana McLaughlin, M.D., M.B.A., Esq.
Dr. Diana was born and raised in New York City, the first American born in her family of Cuban immigrant parents. She received a Bachelor’s degree in science from Saint John’s University. She received her medical doctorate degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. After graduation, Dr. Diana moved to South Florida and completed her pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital. She then specialized in Developmental Pediatrics. Dr. Diana has since practiced pediatrics in Naples since 1993. She served as Chairmen of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Executive Committee at NCH Healthcare Systems. Dr. Diana was named "Physician of the Year" in 2001. Dr. Diana also achieved a Masters of Business from FGCU and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. She is an active member of The Florida Bar. Dr. Diana is board certified and fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Diana is grateful for the opportunity to serve the children of Collier County for the past 25 years. She especially enjoys helping new parents cope with the behavior challenges of raising a toddler. Dr. Diana also performs circumcisions and releases tongue ties. In her spare time Dr. Diana enjoys spending time with her three daughters and husband of 25 years, and two dogs, cat and a guinea pig.
